List Members Alumni & subscribers

Odyssey Alumni

After participation in an Odyssey Ed-Venture, School or Research program, participants will become members of the Odyssey Alumni. This status will continue for a period of three years from the program commencement date and alumni members will receive all publications, newsletters and emails (if their email is registered with Odyssey). After three years from the date of your last participation on an Odyssey Ed-Venture, School or Research Program, Alumni members will be offered Subscriber, Associate Fellow or Fellow status.

For two years after initially requesting Odyssey literature, you will be categorised as a "list member". At any time during the two years of joining Odyssey's list you may elect to become a Subscriber, Associate Fellow or Fellow. If during this time you purchase a program you will automatically become an Odyssey Alumni Member.

After two years of list membership has elapsed with no activity, you will be invited to become a Subscriber, Associate Fellow or Fellow so that you will continue to receive Odyssey publications.

We will organise other benefits for Subscribers, Associate Fellows and Fellows such as Accommodation Discounts, Car Rental Discounts, and discounts on selected merchandise. As these become available, along with Special Offers, relevant Odysseans will be notified either directly or through our publications.

Odyssey Subscriber

This category will receive all literature, newsletters and emails for a period of one year for a cost of AUD20 per year. This will be offered to list members after a period of two years of non-participation has elapsed from the date of joining the Odyssey list. Upon participation in an Odyssey Program you will also become an Odyssey Alumni Member.

Associate Fellow

An Associate Fellow of Odyssey, for a subscription cost of AUD100, will receive all publications, newsletters and emails (if registered with Odyssey) for a period of six years. All former Gold Club Members have been transferred to this category. New Associate Fellows of Odyssey Travel, will also receive a gift mini-maglite Odyssey Torch. Upon participation in an Odyssey Program you will also become an Odyssey Alumni Member.

Fellow

A Fellow of Odyssey Travel, for a subscription cost of AUD250 will receive all privileges and benefits of an Associate Fellow but will be granted LIFE membership as a Fellow, plus, in addition to the mini-maglite torch, will receive an Odyssey Windcheater Jacket and an Odyssey Bag. Upon participation in an Odyssey Program you will also become an Odyssey Alumni Member.

Fellows, Associate Fellows and Subscribers will receive AUD20/NZD20 reduction off the cost of Odyssey Programs for as long as you remain financial. Please inform your Educational Travel Adviser of your status when registering for your program.
